When will I receive my tickets ?

Tickets will be sent electronically approximately 2 weeks ahead of the event. Tickets will be distributed to the email that the booking was made under.

The booking contact will be kept up to date on any update on the bookings via the email used at the time of the booking.

We recomend checking you junk mail box as emails may end up here.

When and how will I receive my package information ?

The booking contact will be kept up to date on package information via email from the VIP Now team.

Further details including gates, itineraries and dress code will be shared approximatley 2-3 weeks out from the event *timeframe may varey depending on the event

What do I do if my tickets are lost, stolen or do not arrive in time ?

In the rare case that you do not receive your tickets on time or have lost your match tickets, we can arrange for the ticket to be re-sent or collection at the box office on the day of the event.

Please contact the VIP Now team on 1300 645 229 or We will require the booking and ticket details of the lost tickets to be able to re-print.

What if I can no longer attend the event ?

VIP NOW does not offer any refunds for VIP Packages purchased. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions. 

What time can we access the event ?

Timings range from 1.5 to 3 hours pre-event depending on your package and event. Please refer to the relevant event details the VIP Now team share 2-3 weeks out from the event

What is the dress code for the event ?

Dress codes vary depending on the nature of event. The VIP Now team will share this information prior to the event.

Smart casual is generally the safest dress code, jerseys are permitted in most events. Please avoid ripped clothing and open toed shoes

Can I request specific dietary considerations ?

Yes, you can update your special dietary requirements via the link shared by the VIP Now team in the package details provided. The nominated booking contact will be notified via email on when this needs to be submitted by.

What is the minimum number required to make a booking ?

The event and product pages generally specify the required minimum or maximum packages that can be purchased.

Certain events that have sit down dinners are sold as tables of eight or ten or lesser numbers on shared tables, whereas stand up cocktail style functions can be purchased at any number.
